S/O Satyamurthy film revolves around the kid hearted rich man, who loses everything when he help them. Later with all this helping, the man left with full of debts and finally he leaves his family and left only debts. His Son (Allu Arjun) will be repaying all his debts and what happens next? What problem he is facing will make the story some interesting. In between, Allu will fall in love with Samntha when he met her in one wedding event. Allu Arjun will be facing some problem marrying samantha. So what happens can allu arjun repay his all debts and will he succeed in marrying samantha?
