Philips has launched a brand new android handset Philips S398 in India at Rs. 8,850 (approx). The handset has 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS full touch-screen display. It has a 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and 2MP front-facing camera for video chat.
Philips S398 is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor along with 1GB of RAM. The device has 8GB internal memory, which can be expandable memory up to 32GB with the help of micro SD. It is runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
